Syksy on taas / Once again it is Fall

Mistä huomaa, että syksy on tullut? Ensinnäkin ilma tuoksuu erilaiselta. Toisekseen koulu alkaa.

Syksy, Fall
How do you know that Fall has come? First the air starts to smell in a different fragrance. Then schools begin. I already began work on my thesis on the motivational factors of flamenco travel a few weeks ago. Next I will be working on the theme-based interviews that will give further insights to the results of the questionnaire conducted in the Spring. This week we also started with the courses for this Fall - the last courses of the program. I can't believe that after these final courses, I will have completed all the courses of the Travel Management Curriculum! By the end of the year I plan to have finished with writing and presenting my thesis. What will I come up after that? Maybe I can finally continue and finish my recipe book project that has been on hold for the last couple of years. Or maybe I will come up with something completely new and exciting. Who knows!

We have also started with flamenco classes again. This Fall I will be working with alegrias, bulerias and tangos de malaga. There will be some new insights as now my dance studies also include a bit of  rhythm and singing. And maybe there is even something a bit special on store... more about that later. To begin the Fall term we also held a Mrs. Robinson flashmob to honor the marriage of the lovely Elina, my teacher for many years now. That small project was full of moments of joy as we planned it and got to surprise Elina with it. What a great show of team work and warm feelings! :) Our mini skirt choreography in honor of our teacher made us even joke that we will start a flamenco dance company, Compañía Mrs. Robinson. And the encore will always be performed in mini skirts!
